15 min power workout

If you only have a 30 minute slot to train then do not waist time on a slow jog or a boring cycle!

Boost your metabolism and get all the major muscle groups working with a short intense workout. try a 5 min warm up on the rower or on the boxing bag and then hit the circuit.

You can always change the exercises to match your strength and fitness level but the theory is always the same, boost the metabolism through working all your muscles, not just the heart and lungs.
